Urgent Prayer

The Courts are Being Re-seated

Something that’s happening under the radar right now is that conservative judges are being placed in large numbers on the lower federal courts. I believe the greatest legacy of President Trump will be the shifting of the judicial system.  I have said this many times before and I will not stop saying it, but the United States’ judiciary system is the one area where the enemy can walk right in and shift the culture of the land, shift the morals of the land, and shift the country away from the very heart of God. It has been stated that you cannot legislate morality, so we Christians should just step back from government and let progress happen. The reality is that we legislate morality with every decision that comes before our Congress and our courts. Our Congress is meant to make laws. That’s a matter of prayer, as well, however, our courts were never supposed to be making decisions that end up to be the law of the land. The power of the judiciary bench has been running unchecked and everything godly and righteous has been run over and cast aside. This is going to end with this presidency. President Trump is seating conservative judges and justices as quickly as the Congress will allow him to. He is making sure there are as many conservative, pro-life judges on the federal benches, as possible. This not only strengthens the judiciary now, but it gives many conservatives justices an opportunity to be placed in line for future Appeals Court and Supreme Court appointments. Our courts could be conservative for generations, if he continues fill those vacant seats.

“You call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding, and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God. For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.” (Proverbs 2:3-6; NIV)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • Intercede for President Trump’s judicial appointments. Ask God to grant him wisdom.
  • Call forth Christian advisors for our President who are filled with wisdom and the fear of the Lord.
  • Pray that he puts the right judges in the right seats and fills as many as possible.
  • Ask the Lord to keep conservative judges solid in their commitments to stand for life and that abundantly. Intercede for them to know Christ, if they don’t already.
  • Call all three branches of government into their Constitutionally-designed and limited roles.

A prayer you can pray:

Lord, You love wisdom and from Your mouth come knowledge and understanding. Appoint advisors and counselors to President Trump who know You and fear You, those filled with the Holy Spirit and the fear of the Lord. Help President Trump know how to fill the empty judicial seats, so many of which are open at this time. May his advisors help him make good decisions so our courts are set with those who can make righteous decisions for this nation. We need those in place who can be chosen to serve on the Supreme Court someday. May the roles of those serving in our three branches of government be honored as at the beginning. May those elected and appointed stay in their Constitutional boundaries. Order, Lord, bring order once again in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Today’s decree:

Let the nation’s vacant judicial seats be filled completely by 2020!

Prevailing in Prayer in 2019

I am not worried about the opposition we have seen and will see more of in the coming year. We will see more opposition to President Trump and other opposition governmentally. You will see opposition in any way the opposers can bring it. But, the opposition will not prevail. The Kingdom of God will prevail. The Ekklesia will prevail. Truth will prevail. The Gospel will prevail. The opposition will experience setback after setback. The Church will experience victory after victory. We will see that in another opening on the Supreme Court in 2019. The war will be incredible. However, once again, we will win. The intensity will be more than there was with Kavanaugh, but the victory will be ours and we will see another conservative, pro-life justice put on the Court. Then we will have a 6-3 majority.

“The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.” (James 5:16; WEB)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • Pray for President Trump, against the enemy’s relentless attacks against him in every area. Let your intercession be bold, courageous, fervent and righteous.
  • Say, “The gates of hell will not prevail against the prayers of the saints of the Most High God!”
  • Declare, “The Gospel will prevail!”
  • Declare, “The Lord will frustrate those who oppose Him and His plans, and the Church will experience victory after victory!”
  • Call forth another pro-life, conservative justice to the Supreme Court in 2019.

A prayer you can pray:

Father, I pray for President Donald J. Trump. He is attacked relentlessly, no matter what he does. He is lied about and his words are twisted by the media and other government leaders who oppose him, until no one is sure what he really said or meant. I pray these moments cause him to see You and Your comfort and wisdom. Raise up more Christian intercessors and spiritual advisors for him. He needs the Church alongside him. I am thankful that he has been able to appoint two pro-life Supreme Court justices. I ask You for more! I say, “The gates of hell will not prevail against the prayers of the saints of the Most High God! The Gospel will prevail! The Lord will frustrate those who oppose Him and His plans, and the Church will experience victory after victory!” Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

Today’s decree:

The Kingdom of God will prevail against the enemy’s onslaught and America will be saved!

Great Opportunity and Great Opposition in 2019

I think 2019 will be a continuation of 2018. I feel like the Lord has given me 1 Cor 16:9 as a verse for the year ahead. Paul said, “A wide door for effective service has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.” The New English Translation says, “A wide door of opportunity stands open for me, but there are many opponents.” I feel that this says very well where we are right now. We are facing incredible opposition, but there is also incredible, extensive opportunities. I feel that the enemy knows where we are in the sense of turning this nation. He knows that if we turn America, we impact the nations. The turnaround of America, the restoration of , the awakening of America, if not just for Americans. This is our destiny as a nation, which is to be a light of freedom, a light of truth, and the greatest voice of the Gospel to the nations of the world. It is little wonder to me that the enemy fights and opposes the destiny of America. It is connected to the harvest that is coming. When we war for America, we are warring for the harvest and the destiny of the nations of the earth.

“A wide door for effective service has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.” (1 Corinthians 16:9; NASB)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • For the sake of knowing how to seek the Lord for warfare strategies, acknowledge that there will be opposition, as well as opportunities coming our way in 2019.
  • Declare the destiny of America, “To be a light of freedom, a light of truth, and the greatest voice of the Gospel to the nations of the world.”
  • War for the harvest of America.
  • War for the harvest fields of the earth, a part of the destiny of this nation!
  • Say, “Satan cannot keep America from its destiny of sending laborers into the harvest fields of the earth from our shores! We will pray for that harvest. We will go into that harvest and train others to do so. We will see the harvest reaped before the Lord comes again!”

A prayer you can pray:

Lord, we believe the Word of the Lord through the prophet and in Corinthians 16:9 that this will be a year of great opportunities to reap the harvest, but that there will be great opposition from the enemy against our prayers and actions. Grant me a grace to contend for the harvest. Teach us how to share the Gospel with the lost. We call for laborers into the harvest fields, more than we have ever seen before. We command the harvest fields to drop their fully-ripe heads of grain right in the path of the people of God. America’s destiny is to send laborers from these shores inot the harvest fields of the earth. The enemy knows this, but he is powerless to stop it. He will try, but he won’t stop it. We pray for great success against him in the coming year, dear Jesus, Lord of the Harvest. Amen.

Today’s decree:

The enemy may oppose the Church, but the Church will prevail! The destiny of America will come to pass!

Holy Spirit Revelation is Pouring Forth

I see a high level of revelation being released in the nation. As I minister with Chuck Pierce and other leaders around the nation, it’s like the Lord has opened a spigot of revelation. The Lord is pouring out direct downloads from heaven to those who have positioned themselves to hear Him. I expect that to increase. I see increases in prophetic revelation and revelatory teaching. This revelation leads to us making decrees over the nation that are the very heart of God and they are released with great apostolic power and authority. At the gatherings we did in 2018, I feel like the leaders were helping everyone there go into this flow of revelation. It is for everyone. We are going to need everyone operating at this level of hearing the Holy Spirit in order to get to the place God wants this nation.

“Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches.” (Revelation 2:29; NLT)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • Ask God to help the Church hear and see clear revelation from the Holy Spirit, so we know how to pray and what to do.
  • Pray for prophetic leaders that can help bring that revelation to the Body of Christ. Intercede for a clarity of hearing and protection from anything false in the mix.
  • Pray for the Holy Spirit to formulate clear decrees the Ekklesia can make that will move the heart of the Father and fulfill the purposes of the Son.
  • Say, “This nation shall be saved!”

A prayer you can pray:

Father, help Your Church see and hear what the Holy Spirit is saying to the Church right now. Let us hear what He is saying about this nation. Let us hear what He is saying about the harvest. Let us hear what He is saying so we can partner together with You in prayer and intercession. Cause our leaders to hear You and speak forth the true Word of God for this time, rightly dividing the Word of Truth, Your holy scriptures. Keep the enemy’s mouth shut. Let their ears only be attuned to Your voice so the revelation is pure and not filtered through twisted, unsanctified places in hearts and minds. We call for our leaders to live holy before You. Give us Your words to decree and declare at the right times so we work together with You to move Your plans forward in this land. In Jesus’ wonderful name, amen.

Today’s decree:

The Church will open its ears and hear and declare what the Spirit is saying to this nation!

2018 Saw a Battle for the Supreme Court

Let’s talk for just a minute about where we’ve been and what to expect in the coming year. As you know, I believe the battle for this nation is largely a battle for the courts. As I have said many times, so much evil has come into the nation through that door. This last year, we saw the confirmation and seating of Justice Kavanaugh to replace retiring Justice Kennedy. What a battle! I was there for much of the time during the hearings and I can tell you it was intense. Even now, liberal Congressmen and women are talking about trying to impeach him. I don’t think that will happen and I can definitely say he will not be removed from office. His confirmation was the beginning of God giving us conservative, constitutionalist Justices on the Supreme Court with that all-important pro-life position. This is just the beginning of that majority. Gorsuch was an important placement, but we now have a 5-4 conservative majority. We want to move that to 6-3, and maybe even 7-2 while President Trump is in office.

“You can make many plans, but the LORD’s purpose will prevail.” (Proverbs 19:21; NLT)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • Thank the Lord for what He has done this past couple of years in giving us Justice Gorsuch and Justice Kavanaugh, two conservative, pro-life justices on the Supreme Court.
  • Thank the Lord for the coming openings on the Court, which will solidify that majority even further.
  • Fast and pray and get ready for that battle, because it will be even more intense than before.
  • Declare, “The Courts of America will embrace Life, because the people of God choose Life for this nation!”
  • Declare, “We, the Ekklesia of God, will not accept any justice for our Court unless they are pro-life!”

A prayer you can pray:

Lord, we, Your people, worship You and thank you for hearing decades of prayers for Supreme Court Justices that will honor life. Wow! You are doing that now under President Trump. He is unafraid of the enemy’s opposition and the Church is standing boldly with him in prayer to see this come about. Thank you for the next opening, or even two, coming to the Court. We bless the current justices and wish none of them any harm. However, room must be made for those You are raising up for such a time as this. Prepare the Church for spiritual battle. Teach us again how to fast, pray and persevere until we see the victory come. We will press in and not stop until the Courts of America embrace Life, because the people of God choose Life for this nation! We, the Ekklesia of God, will not accept any justice for our Court unless they are pro-life! In Jesus’ name, amen.

Today’s decree:

We are going to obtain a 6-3, maybe even a 7-2 conservative majority on the U.S. Supreme Court by 2020.

Christmas Day

We find the second account of the birth of Jesus in Luke 1:26-56 and 2:1-40. These passages focus on God’s intimate relationship with mankind. Here we see the unfolding of God with us, our hope of glory. We see how carefully God fulfilled the law and the prophets, giving his people, the Jews, every opportunity to see that Jesus was their long-awaited Messiah. Yet, only a few would see. We see the scriptures fulfilled by the living Word of God, Jesus. We see the natural outflow of worship by all those who encountered Jesus – his mother, Mary, his cousin John (in the womb of his Aunt Elizabeth), Elizabeth, Zechariah, the shepherds, Joseph, and two elderly persons who ministered to the Lord day and night in the temple, Simeon and Anna. All of these ordinary people recognized the Christ child, because they had an intimate encounter with a living God, by their choice, or by His. Intimate friendship with God opens our eyes to God’s ways and includes us in His plans. Develop that relationship. Look for where Jesus is being revealed. Look for what God is doing in America. Respond to Him, our life-giver, our Savior, and the lover of our souls. Worship Him! Merry Christmas!

“‘My eyes have seen your salvation that you have prepared in the presence of all peoples, a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and for glory to your people Israel.’” (Simeon; Luke 2:30-32; ESV)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • Read Luke 1 and 2:1-40.
  • Ask the Lord to draw you closer to Him.
  • Decide to begin developing a closer walk with Him, even if you already feel close. Ask Him to show you how.
  • Intercede for the Body of Christ to be drawn into a closer place of intimacy with Him. Pray this for your family members, pastors and other church leaders.
  • Pray the same for your government leaders from the local level to the national level.
  • Worship Him who is worthy of our worship!

A prayer you can pray:

Father, draw me closer to You. I think the most precious name You could give me would be to be called Your friend. I desire an intimate friendship with You. What a wonderful Christmas gift that would be. Jesus made it possible. That causes me to worship You! Make me hungry and thirsty for more of You as I read Luke 1 and 2:1-40. Let it be more than a Christmas story to me. Let the heart of it touch my heart. Let the interactions between each person recorded here cause me to long for more intimate conversations with You. I pray this for my pastors and other spiritual leadership, as well. Let those who govern me, long for this level of relationship with You, beginning with their moment of salvation, if they still need to meet You. Jesus, change this nation, as You make us a nation of Your friends. Amen.

Today’s decree:

The United States shall be a nation that seeks the Lord, worships Him, and makes Him known in the earth!

The Prophetic Saving of a People and a Nation – Matthew

There are two accounts of the story of Christ’s birth recorded in the Word. One is in Matthew and the other in Luke. In Matthew, we find the story in chapter 1:18-25 and chapter 2. The focus here is on the virgin birth, the visitation of the Magi to the Christ child, and the attempt of Satan, working through Herod, to destroy God’s plan. How is it missed that this is a prophetic story start to finish? After nearly 400 years of silence, God started speaking. We see that God spoke to humans in dreams and via angelic hosts, to cause His plans to come to pass. He had to be very clear, and He had to trust that the the humans He was sharing His plans with would believe Him! This wasn’t exactly normal at the time. Joseph and Mary each had to do exactly what He told them to do, and quicky! He also prophetically outwitted Satan’s borrowing of Herod. He gave instructions in a dream to the Magi. They don’t appear to be His people, yet they were drawn into His plan and had to act on His revelation, as well. That’s a whole lot of trust in humanity, if you ask me. What was it about the things He said and the way He said them that caused them to participate in His plan to save humanity? Stop and think about that.

“Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.” (Matthew 1:20b-21; NIV)

“And having been warned in a dream not to go back to Herod, they returned to their country by another route.” (Matthew 2:12; NIV)

“When they had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. ‘Get up,’ he said, ‘take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.’” (Luke 2:13; NIV)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • Pray for revelation, then read Matthew 1:18-25 and chapter 2, as if you have never read them before. Notice what God had to do to cause His plan to come to pass. What was He overcoming in the hearts of each character. How did He move around the government structure?
  • In this prophetic season, ask God to open up the hearts of the whole Body of Christ to the prophetic gifts of God.
  • Repent on behalf of the Church that we have been okay with many in Christ’s body not believing He still speaks to us in dreams, visions, and angelic visitations.
  • Tell the Lord that you are open to being led prophetically to see the lost and our nation saved.
  • Intercede for the lost in America.

A prayer you can pray:

Father, we are in a season where we are reminded that You speak to Your people in dreams and visions. You want us to “hear” what the Spirit is saying to the Church. As we read and ponder the story of Christmas in Matthew, show us how You worked prophetically to cause Your ultimate plan to come to pass. We repent for the Church thinking it is okay to not believe You can and do still speak to us this way. You are still speaking. You still give dreams and vision, warnings, and direction through dreams and visions. We welcome the ways You want to lead us, Father. We repent of deciding how we will communicate with You. May Your Church be a prophetically led Church that is grounded deeply in Your Word. Show us how to reach the lost. Show us how to save a nation. In Jesus’ glorious name, we pray, amen.

Today’s decree:

The whole Church will hear Him prophetically and this nation will be saved!

A Son is Given

Jesus. Jesus. A Son. A Savior. A child. A sacrifice. Wholly God. Wholly man. Eternal One. Love incarnate. He was given for us. Us! We squirrelly, sin-filled, prideful ones, which He created and deeply loves. Will we ever understand this? Not fully on this side of heaven, I am sure. But, there it is. He created man, and in His deep love and commitment to us, determined that Satan would not be able to steal us eternally away from Him. Temporarily, maybe, but not eternally. Some of us would recognize the Son and His plan of salvation. When we do, Isaiah 9: 6-7 will become our heart cry together with His. We will declare it over our lives and over this nation. We will believe that He meant every word of it and we will not stop declaring it until we see the reality of it in the earth.

“For unto us a Child is born,

Unto us a Son is given;

And the government will be upon His shoulder.

And His name will be called

Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,

Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Of the increase of His government and peace

There will be no end,

Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,

To order it and establish it with judgment and justice

From that time forward, even forever.

The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.” (Isaiah 9:6-7; NKJV)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • Declare Isaiah 6-7 as your statement of faith.
  • Declare it again over America.
  • Declare it over the harvest fields of the U.S.A.
  • Declare it over the harvest fields of the earth.
  • Call for the sons of Israel to see their Messiah this Christmas season.

A prayer you can pray:

(Follow the instructions above and may God hear our prayers.)

Today’s decree:

May the United States and Israel experience the increase of Christ’s government and peace, and may there be no end!

Christmas – A Day of Hope and Rejoicing

The celebration of the birth of Christ didn’t begin at His birth. It was long foretold by the prophets and recorded in the holy scriptures. God always had a plan of redemption and at the right time, He initiated it. He set forth the plan of salvation to give man an opportunity to be restored to relationship with Him—forever. This is not something to be treated casually or a day to be celebrated without deep contemplation and worship. It may not be the actual day of Christ’s birth, but it is a touchpoint to adore Him.  Read these words of the popular Christmas song, “O Holy Night”. “O Holy Night! The stars are brightly shining. It is the night of the dear Savior’s birth! Long lay the world in sin and error pining till He appeared and the soul felt its worth. A thrill of hope. The weary world rejoices, for yonder breaks a new and glorious morn.” These lyrics are taken from Isaiah 9, one of the great prophetic passages about the coming Messiah. Take hope in them and rejoice!

“The land of the tribes of Zebulun and Naphtali were once disgraced, but the future will bring honor to this region, from the Mediterranean eastward to the land on the other side of the Jordan, and even to Galilee itself, where the foreigners live.  The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light. They lived in a land of shadows, but now light is shining on them. You have given them great joy, Lord; you have made them happy. They rejoice in what you have done, as people rejoice when they harvest grain or when they divide captured wealth. For you have broken the yoke that burdened them and the rod that beat their shoulders.” (Isaiah 9: 1-4a; GNT)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • Lift your eyes and your heart up from the work and busyness of Christmas and place them on Jesus. Sit still for a moment. Maybe get a cup of coffee or cocoa and the Word and take a quiet, reflective moment. You can spare it for Him.
  • Play or sing “O Holy Night” and worship our Savior, Jesus. Consider other Christmas hymns that focus on Christ and go ahead and play or sing them, as well.
  • Pray for your loved ones. Lift their need for Him to the Lord. Pray that their yokes of bondage would be broken off as they see Jesus.
  • Pray for America to know Him. Say, “In this land of darkness and shadows, Lord, let us see Your great Light!”

A prayer you can pray:

Lord, I desire to set aside some time today to adore the Son. Jesus has saved me and I am so focused on all the things I have to do and want to do to make others happy, that it is easy to miss the main star of the season, my Savior, Jesus. Your Word is a road-map to Your plan of salvation. Your prophets foretold His coming as a child to save us. Even His birth was to be a time of yoke-breaking and darkness fleeing. I will get out my Bible and meditate on Isaiah 9. (Play or sing “O Holy Night” and worship our Savior, Jesus. Consider other Christmas hymns that focus on Christ and go ahead and play or sing them, as well.) Jesus, let my loved ones see You. Holy Spirit, draw them to Jesus. Let my heritage be children and grandchildren that serve the Lord. Save them, heal them, and deliver them, and make sure they know it was You that did these things for them. Open the eyes of my nation, Jesus. Shine Your light in every corner where darkness threatens America. Break the yokes of poverty and other causes of heart-ache. Raise up and send healers into this nation—those who have God-given blueprints to heal this broken land. Amen.

Today’s decree:

In this land of darkness and shadows, Lord, let us see Your great Light!

Remembering the Past

“Looking back over your life, I am sure you have some precious memories of people, experiences, and places which greatly impacted you. Perhaps reading or hearing stories about your forefathers’ adventures stirs a new appreciation for where you are now. The Israelites were asked to remember their history. Their past was celebrated and recounted to successive generations. Memories connect our past with our present, joining yesterday with today and the future.1 When recalling a few happy memories, I am always mindful of God’s faithfulness in helping me fulfill my destiny. That’s why I take opportunities from time to time, especially at the holidays, to recount to my grandchildren some of my special childhood memories—so they can pass them on to the next generation. I wonder what wonders my descendants will experience.2 (Quin Sherrer)3

“Then those who feared the Lord spoke with one another. The Lord paid attention and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before him of those who feared the Lord and esteemed his name.” (Malachi 3:16; ESV)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

  • It is often at Christmas that our hearts drift to memories filled with family and dear friends. Consider your favorite Christmas memory. Intercede for those still living who may have been a part of that precious time.
  • Call to mind a challenging holiday season. What were things you may have learned about the Lord through that hard time? Write those lessons down and worship Him!
  • Pray for others that may be having a hard time this Christmas. If you can practically meet their need, this would be a good time to do so. Let the next generation join you, if possible and recount your story along the way.
  • Make an effort to share your story with a younger member of your family, passing on your love of and commitment to Christ.

A prayer you can pray:

Lord, at this Christmas season, my heart often drifts to memories of Christmases past. Some of those memories are rich with joy and some are painful. I pray that all bring to remembrance ways You were involved – stories I can pass along to the generations behind me. I want to tell them of Your goodness, Your faithfulness, and Your love. Where the memories are warm, I pray for those that are still living who were a part of the joy. Bless them and draw them close to You. Where the memories are painful, I worship You, for You have brought me through. God, You are so good to me! Be good to my children and grandchildren, my close friends and those connected to my life in some way. May the richest blessings of Christmas come to each and every one, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Today’s decree:

I will tell of Your wondrous deeds to my children and grandchildren, creating an altar of remembrance in my family line!
