West Des Moines Raccoon River: Raccoon River Park - Booneville

The Des Moines area has received over 20" of snow, all of which remains on the ground, so with sub-freezing temperatures, I drove a section of the Raccoon River today but could not get to the river's banks. I drove into Raccoon River Park and was able to get into the parking lot in the swimming area and to the river lake's edge. I prayed and made decrees, then drove Grand Ave along the river to Commerce Dr, prayed along the river there, and played Psalm 91 on my audio Bible as I drove. Continuing west on Raccoon River Dr, I prayed and decreed along the river and the gravel pits (!!!) to Booneville and across the Raccoon River bridge just west.
