My prayer partner Margie and I live in Tehama County and are surrounded by many dams and waterways. We went to the Diversion Dam in Red Bluff, while it was decommissioned several years ago, it is still fully functional and needs protection under this assignment. We prayed and decreed and spoke the 91st Psalm.. we wrote Psalms 91 on one side of a rock and "protecting America's Waterways " on the other side and threw it into the Sacramento River on the downstream side, declaring that the water will continue to flow freely through the state.
