Carter Lake and power plant infrastructure.

I just awoke from a dream that Carter lake was mysteriously emptied and no one knew where the water went. I have not had a dream like this ever. I'm not really familiar with dreams of this nature but heard the spirit saying PRAY! In the late 70's I worked at the power plant there and have not thought about it in decades. So many parts to this system. May all attempts against this system be exposed and brought to light. No work against this system will succeed. In Jesus name.
