We were able to go to the lock master's building above the Lock. On the floor was a map of the Mississippis River that went from Lock and Dam 10 all the way to Lock and Dam 22. This picture included parts of the Illinois River. We walked and stood on the locks and declared the waterways prayer plus Ps. 91. We also declared the Preambles to both Illinois and Iowa. This lock is strategic and is connected to a Railroad, pedestrian, and highway bridge that crosses the Mississippi River in the Quad cities. We had 4 American Eagles land on the River. We completed this assignment on Jan. 24. The Lock master's name was Michael. He helped us so much and we got to pray for him and share with him what we were doing and why. The Arsenal still produces tanks, howitzer parts and is a functioning First Army installation. It is also the home to National Cemetary for Veterans. The other National Cemetary is in Arlington Virginia. There is a confederate cemetary here as well. Initially it was Fort Armstrong and the Sac and Fox Indian tribes met with the Indian agent here. There is much history here. We spoke GREAT GRACE over this place
