My husband, Pete, and I prayed over all perennial streams in Stillwater County, including Limestone (McKinsey) Spring, West Fork Stillwater (tribs Castle Cr, Meyers Cr, Lodgepole Cr, Squaw Cr), Stillwater River (tribs Woodbine Cr, Falls Cr, Corkscrew Cr, Clarks Cr, Goose Cr, Flood Cr, Nye Cr, Bad Canyon Cr, Trout Cr, Grove Cr, Beaver Cr, Robinson Draw, Magpie Cr, Midnight Cr, Whitebird Cr, Joe Hill Cr, Shane Cr, Huntley Cr, Butcher Cr), East and West Fishtail (tribs Little Rocky Cr, Prairie Cr, Prairie Dog Cr, Meadow Cr, Fiddler Cr), East Rosebud (tribs E Rosebud Lk, Hell Roaring Cr), West Rosebud (tribs Chicken Cr, aqueduct, Island Lk, Emerald Lk, Silver Lk, Mystic Lk, Froze-to-Death Lk) and the Mystic Power Dam, Keyser Creek, and the Yellowstone River at Columbus.
We prayed throughout the River valleys over wastewater plants, water plants, school and residential water supplies, especially unconsolidated aquifers, Eagle Sandstone, and Madison Formation, and irrigation systems.
We prayed Psalm 91, had communion, prayed the crafted prayers adding the MT Constitution preamble at the Yellowstone, worshiped as led, put the elements in the water, anointed with oil, sprinkled with salt to cleanse and purify, and poured in honey for fruitfulness and blessing of quality and quantity. We augmented the Mississippi River prayer, because these streams all flow into the Yellowstone River to the Missouri, to the Mississippi. We prayed over the Yellowstone's bridges and the oil line crossings at those bridges.
We also prayed over the Stillwater Mine's two tailings storage and waste rock storage facilities that are on/near the Stillwater River.
Way to go! Thank you for your service over these waters. Really appreciate your fine example and your ❤️ hearts
