Four worshipping intercessors met at The Bridge of the gods at Cascade locks. One traveled from Portland, stopped to pray at the Bonneville Dam. Last spring a small group from the Kingdom Council (Native followes of Jesus) at Warm Springs had gone to stake the land and prayed At Binneville dam, so we agreed with the prayers that had beed established there from the the baxe of the bridge facing west as we blew our shofars, read our scriptures and declarations. We renamed the bridge, The Bridge of The God YHVH Tsabaot, Lord of Hosts. The Bridge of Yaweh.
We then went to The Dalles Dam which is situated by a bridge and a tiny Native fishing village, Lone Pine (mostly trailers and shacks, bu;t they built a short house there). One of us had brought a staff that broke off about 10 inches while getting into the car to come. On that protion was tied an eagle and prayer feathers. We discussed this separately as we crove in 2 cars down the 84 from Cascade Locks to The Dalles. We decided to stake the ground with that portion of the staff. surrending our own authority to His plans and purposes for this new season.
The third stop was at Celilo Park, the site where the Celilo Falls once flourished and the Native people gathered to trade because of the plentiful salmon. One of our intercessors was there with Chief Jim and watched the water flood the falls with the installment of the first dam on the Columbia. One of our intercessors is a member of a tribe in Washington, so she stood in for the healing of the people. To remove the bitter root of this drastic change in the way of life that the elders still remember. As a prophetic act she took a stick and stirred the water. to bring new life to the people.
All these places are also the northern border of Oregon, connecting us to our sister state of Washington. All of us have been on the border assignments as well. This time brought much personal healing to each one of us as well as a corporate protection.
Sorry for all the typos. I typed this in the dark, trying not to disturb my daughter who was sleeping.
