In the name off Jesus we ask and thank You that Holy Warring Angels of all ranks and divisions are protecting all of these rivers and the many other rivers of the state of Texas, their reservoirs and lakes, streams, tributaries, dams, water treatment plants and everything regarding all of them. We bind all attempts to obstruct any and all of the services that these waters provide and carry with them. We decree that no destruction shall come to their flood control structures and pumping systems, and that no attempts at cyber disruption of the power systems they support or the computer systems networks that regulate them and the dams will succed. We declare Ezekiel 32:14 that the waters of the Texas Rivers lakes and streams will run at your decreed depth and run smooth like oil, that all along their banks are BLESSED, and everything associated with them are prosperous. We thank You Father that the Blood of Jesus covers them all forbidding no destruction, contamination or disease to enter them. Also that the funds of the enemy trying to come against them will dry up.
In Jesus' Mighty Name we pray and decree these things, AMEN
