We started with praise, prayer and communion.
We used each location as a point of contact for the protection and healing of the water supply in the well systems from the water in the ground all the way through the system. We made decrees, declared Psalm 91, anointed with oil, salted and declared the Word of the Lord from 2 Kings 2:21 and declared that as the 1st state Delaware is the first fruits of the United States and therefore Holy to the Lord.
In Georgetown - the water plant, both water towers and the wastewater reclamation facility
In Milton - both water towers and the builings near the one by the park (buildings not marked but may be connected to the water supply).
