On Sun. Jan. 28 a group of 4 intercessors met at the American Water Treatment Plant in Peoria on the Illinois River. We made Dutch's decrees, took communion, prayed Ps. 91 and made decrees over the whole river and all the tributaries that run into it. We also prayed for exposure of all terrorism, unrighteous things being done within the plant, trafficking and anything harmful to people that is being done or allowed on the IL River system. We spoke cleansing and purity and holinesss over the waters.
