Jean Haeger and I collaborated on a prayer day, meeting at Muskie Memorial Park in Rumford. We prayed over the Androscoggin River and the Rumford Falls Hydroelectric Facility. We declared Psalm 91, anointed the river with oil, assigned the Lord's angels to guard and protect the river and the power station. There was a statute of a Native American who triumphantly held a fish he had speared and we prayed over the First Nation's people and abundant life to be in the river.
We went to significant areas in Franklin County where our prayer journeys continued (See Jean Haeger's post) going through Rangeley before we stopped to pray at the Aziscohos Dam, headwaters of the Magalloway River in Lincoln Plantation. There we made decrees and and felt led to declare a supernatural override over any potential shut down of the power grid. The waters were anointed with oil.
The road led into NH on the west side of Umbagog Lake where we stopped in several areas to pray, anoint, made decrees and declared a supernatural override over the power grid and joined in a prayer of agreement with an intercessor from NH who had also prayed in this area. This was the headwater of the Androscoggin River and its watershed. We made one more stop and prayed and decreed at a water extraction site. After parting I covered the Bethel Water District and Songo Pond, the beginning of the Sebago Lake watershed. with prayers, decrees and asked the Lord to assign his angels to protect these areas.
