Lake Byllesby Dam, Big and Little Cannon River and Prairie Island Nuclear plant in Red Wing

We prayed over Lake Byllesby Dam, the Big and Little Cannon Rivers in Cannon Falls and the Prairie Island Nuclear plant in Red Wing.We prayed the prayer for the waterways, Psalm 91, made the declarations along with our MN constitution preamble, ""We, the people of the state of Minnesota, grateful to God for our civil and religious liberty, and desiring to perpetuate its blessings and secure the same to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution." We also prayed the prayer for the states that have the Mississippi River flowing through them.
