My husband Pete and I prayed over and anointed the headwaters to Cooney Dam, its structure and spillway. We prayed over and anointed Rock Creek, praying also for the aquifers, irrigation systems, wells, water and wastewater treatment plants, blessing them and decreeing there would be no shortage of water. We prayed in the Spirit, proclaimed the crafted decree, had communion, put elements from communion in the waters, poured out juice and oil, and honey for productivity, salt for purification, and sang, "Our God is an Awesome God"! We declared there would be no failure of the dam or its spillway (anointed them, too). This covers the western part of Carbon County. Streams north of MT 421 and East of MT 212 flow into the Yellowstone River.
