Nebraska Waterways Travels

These trips happened over 8 weeks, one a week. We anointed the waterways with oil, prayed for protection, & read Ps. 91 with water Scripture.

1. Florence: Mormon Bridge, North Mormon Ferry & Missouri River USA Coast Guard, Water Filtration & Treatment Plant, Missouri River & 6 dams (NE Omaha).

2. Zorinsky Lake & Earthen Dam (SW Omaha); Platte River State Park (S. of Papillion)

3. Wehrspann Lake, Chalco Lake & Earthen Dam (SE Omaha)

4. Glenn Cunningham Lake, Water Supply & some water sources, wetlands including beaver, fish, & nesting geese...a hopeful sign of renewed life & flowing fresh water (NE of Maple St. & NE-680)

5. Lake Arrowhead Reservoir (N of Blair airport)

6. Branched Oak Lake & Dam (E of Seward)

7. Walnut Creek Recreation Area (96 St. off NE-370 E)

8. Columbus Powerhouse-Loup Powerhouse (3 Ave. & 47 St., Columbus)
