I used flat local rocks painted with an arrowhead with a cross in the middle and used gold elastic (symbolic of gold coin) to tie US seal to other side of rock. Prayed the blood over, spoke prayers with the verses and the decrees and Psalm 91 over them. Also spoke PA constitution preamble over rocks to Lehigh, Delaware, Susquehanna rivers and Hamburg dam PA and NJ constitution preamble over rock for Delaware river. I also released the glory and annointing over the rocks as well. God bless our nation, the first peoples and the rest of us!
