From quick research I found that TN has 49 dams. Those of greatest significance would be those also affiliated with nuclear power plants.

In addition to the TN river and many other rivers, lakes, streams and waterways I believe it was also mentioned about treatment facilities. Consider all municipalities that manage and treat /clean their water supply. These could all use a prayer covering.
