In addition to the TN river and many other rivers, lakes, streams and waterways I believe it was also mentioned about treatment facilities. Consider all municipalities that manage and treat /clean their water supply. These could all use a prayer covering.
Below is some basic information found on Wikipedia that might best help identify locations near you to go to for prayer.

Thank you so much for your research. Yes, my first thought was to prayer for our Sequoyah Nuclear Plant and Chickamauga Dam, near me. Jacquilynn, Signal Mountain, TN
Thank you so much! I prayed over this whole list mentioning each by name and added the Cumberland River, Old Hickory Lake and Dam and Cheatham Dam. These are near Nashville, not sure why they weren't on there. Asking for supernatural protection. Wondering if anyone is feeling lead to do a specific "sign act". Once done let us all know. - Amanda, White House, TN
We've been praying over Collierville water treatment plant and Shelby County. Germantown lost their water for a couple weeks last year, and it was MESSY! Started us praying!
