Long story, short, on Sunday, January 28, we (Scott & Vickie Heiser) and our friends, Steve & Chris Breidel left at 1000 and began at Lock and Dam 6 in Trempealeau, WI. We had printed off the prayer and decrees from the GH15 webpage for this assignment, looked up the preamble for WI & MN and set out. We then headed south to #7 in Dresbach, MN. Construction was underway and we did not get a photo of the sign. We continued up the river to #5 near Minnesota City, MN. Following the river on the Minnesota side, we went to #3 near Red Wing, #2 in Hastings, and then #1 in St Paul. Our return down the river was on the WI side and we prayed at L&D #4 in Alma, WI. The sun had already set by this time but we were determined to accomplish this mission. We then continued down the road to Lock & Dam #5A near Fountain City, WI (although on the map it says "Winona"). The four of us took turns reading the entire guide you provided at each of the 8 stops. At the end of the time of prayer and declaration, my husband anointed each area with oil. It also happened to be Chris's birthday! It was a blessed day all around. The weather here is usually VERY cold, but it has been unseasonably "warm" and we were able to stand outside the vehicle and get this mission accomplished.
