On this National Day of Prayer, I prayed for Santa Monica's "Sustainable Water Infrastructure Project" (SWIP). This underground treatment plant purifies the stormwater and urban runoff before it enters Santa Monica Bay, thus allowing the water to be used for irrigation and the recharging of Santa Monica's local groundwater basin. I also prayed for the Port of Los Angeles, because this port is vital to the economy of Southern California, and beyond. Father God, protect our waterways!
