North Central Waterways

In Potter County near the town of Gold, at 2480 ft. elevation, are the headwaters of three important rivers: the Allegheny River ends up in the Mississippi River into the Gulf of Mexico; the Genesse River flows into the St. Lawrence River then into the northern Atlantic; and the Susquehanna River which flows south into the Chesapeake Bay. Prayers are offered regarding these important water sources.
