We live on the White River in Baxter County, Arkansas. This morning I took 12 stones from our back yard and took them up to the Bull Shoals Dam and placed six on the side of the Bull Shoals Lake and 6 on the sife of the White River and anoined them with Spikenard. Using the concept of the 12 memorial stones spoken of by Apostle Tim Sheets and his daughter Rachel Shafer in their book COME HOME. The stones representing 1. Salvation. 2. Hope. 3. Restoration. 4. Protection. 5. Provision. 6. Faith. 7. Wisdom. 8. Perserverance. 9. Relationship. 10. Forgiveness. 11. Grace. 12. Mercy. I prayed the prayer facing the White River and made the decrees facing the Bull Shoals lake, and read Psalm 91. The White River runs down to the Mississippi River. The Mississippi River borders the East side of the State of Arkansas. I prayed the prayer for the Mississippi River as well. I also quoted the Arkansas Preamble, "WE THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS, GRATEFUL TO ALMIGHTY GOD..." and prayed for its boundaries with TEXAS, OKLAHOMA, MISSISSIPPI, TENNESSEE, MISSOURI AND LOUISIANA. The Bull Shoals dam generates power not only for Arkansas, but Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Missouri and Kansas. I prayed for ALL State waterways coming into Arkansas to not be blocked, contaminated, stopped or quenched. I will continue to daily make these decrees, prayers and read Psalm 91 standing in my backyard on the banks of the White River, Arkansas
