Here in Richmond, Virginia, the capital of this state, I prayed the decrees over the James River which is central to the state. Historically, Richmond was founded upon the James River as this led inroads to the settling of the state.
All enemy plots and plans are bound, and living water was released with the life in it to cover this strategic waterway. All industry aiding mankind and the adjacent to it's banks and tributaries are covered with the blood of Christ and angels to assist!
