White stone verdicts decreed with Psalm 91 standing on the bridge over the Guadalupe River. Protection for all dams, bridges, water plants and the port of Corpus Christi.

Where the south/north forks meet we declared/decreed God’s verdict and threw our white stones into river where there is a deep spring of fresh cold water feeding the river.
