Operation Restoration

This past Sunday, October 20, my friend Greg Hood was given a significant dream about the Healing Summit tomorrow night [Oct. 25, 2024] in Middletown, Ohio, and even beyond Friday night. It is too long to share in its entirety, commenting on all of it, so I will point out a few things. 

At the beginning of the dream, my brother Tim, Ken Malone, Pat McManus, Clay Nash, Greg, and I – the six individuals ministering at the Summit – were standing in the middle of a small clearing in a hilly woods area. As we stood there, a huge man approached us on a path. We knew he was an angel. The path he was walking was very narrow and somewhat overgrown. 

He opened an old wooden gate that closed off the path, which contained a sign reading, “DO NOT ENTER,” and the number 3249. Underneath the numbers, it read “Mulkey’s birthing place.” John Mulkey was a preacher and pastor in the revivals leading to the Second Great Awakening; he was a good friend of Barton Stone, the leader at Cane Ridge. The number 3249 in Strong’s is yasur, meaning “they that depart.”(1) Mulkey had to depart his denomination to follow the Lord in this movement. The church he pastored has been restored and can be visited today: the Old Mulkey Meeting House, Monroe County, Kentucky. At the time of the dream, Greg knew none of this. 

The gate disappeared as the angel approached, and the path became open. The angel walked up to us and told us he was a “Restoration Angel.” He said the path was now open, and he was there to lead us down it. He told us that at the end of the path, an assignment was waiting for us, which was to complete “Operation Restoration.”

At the end of the path was a massive opening and a dilapidated log cabin. The angel told us, “There is a very large and diverse toolbox at the door of this dilapidated cabin. You are to remove the tools and give them to those with you.” 

The toolbox had a combination lock, so I asked the angel for the combination. He responded, “The combination is 363.” In Strong’s Concordance, 363 is the Greek word anamimnesko, which means “remember.”(2) “Remembering” opened the toolbox. 

Inside, the toolbox was divided into several compartments for holding many tools. The tools were wrapped and had bows on them; we knew they were “gifts.” At this time, we looked around and noticed other people standing with us, many of whom we did not yet know. We were instructed to pass out the tools/gifts to those present. 

We noticed there was another compartment under the tools. There, we found three old-looking, large, deep vessels. On each vessel were written numbers: the number on the first vessel was 1636, the second vessel’s number was 218, and the third vessel had 605 on it. These numbers represent three significant Greek words in Strong’s Concordance: the first one means “olive oil,”(3) the second means “anoint,”(4) and the third, “restoration.”(5) Together, they represent the “anointing oil of restoration!” More specifically and in the context of the dream, they mean: “The oil from Holy Spirit, which anoints us to restore ‘Mulkey’s birthing place.”’

The angel then told us, “Your assignment is to restore this – “Mulkey’s old birthing place.” You will make it come to life again by mixing together the contents of the vessels and applying the mixture to the old logs. Use the tools from the toolbox to apply the mixture to the logs, and they will live again.” The logs, of course, represent the church, the body of Christ. 

There was an old well inside the building. We took all three vessels from the toolbox – containing the anointing oil that restores – inside the building and poured them into the well. When we did so, a cloud, fire, and light sprang from the well. Those present to help with “Operation Restoration” then dipped the tools/gifts they had been given into this well. As they did so, the well gave each of them the proper mixture needed for the portion of the building they were to work on. 

They then went to the specific part of the building they were assigned to work on and began applying it. The restoration process seemed seamless; everyone knew what to do.

The angel then told us, “Go get the wood from the corner of the room and bring it to the well.” As we did, we realized that the wood was an old, dry pulpit! The angel then said, “There’s a stack of letters inside the pulpit; take them out. I will need them to be mailed.” Each letter was already addressed. As we pulled them out, we could hear rattling inside, and the angel explained, “These are seeds of restoration that I will distribute throughout the nation.” 

The restoration process of the building was completed. The angel led us back outside the building, and we could see that it was now a lovely, restored log cabin. He told Dutch, “You’re going to have to extend the pillars under the building to raise it higher than it is right now. You must raise it to twenty-two feet in the air. Every pillar will be twenty-two feet.” 

The number “22” has always represented Christ’s authority when Holy Spirit gives it to me, pictured by the keys referenced in Isaiah 22:22 and Matthew 16:18-19. This portion of the dream is saying that after this season of restoration is complete, releasing a fresh revival anointing, God is going to increase the level of authority. 

As we began lifting the building – in other words, as the authority increased – we heard deafening noises of growling and shouting from the wooded area around us. The angel noticed our concern and said, “Don’t mind all the noise. It’s there to distract you from accomplishing your task. Once the pillars each reach twenty-two feet and the restoration is complete, the “distracting” voices from the woods will cease.” As we completed the task, the voices in the woods did, indeed, stop shouting and growling. 

Then the scene shifted, and we were all standing inside the building and looking out the windows. From this new height (now twenty-two feet up), we could see that the large field the cabin was in was the shape of the United States of America.  End of the dream. 

I have known that the Healing Summits we are leading are for more than releasing healing to people, as wonderful and important as that is. The instruction to conduct them is an indication of God’s timing, a new season releasing a fresh impartation of Holy Spirit’s anointing and gifts to many in the church. These gifts are tools, tools empowered by the restoration of an old well of revival in our nation; they will be “mailed” to many. Get ready!

Father, You are a great architect and builder. You, Your Son, Jesus, along with His partner on earth, the Holy Spirit, are building an Ekklesia the gates of hell will not prevail against. This church has certainly had its growth pains, but Your wisdom and power have kept us advancing. You are now moving us toward the place in time of which You spoke in Scripture, wherein people from every tribe, tongue, and nation will be part of Your family (Revelation 5:9). 

The next great birthing season for this campaign will include many signs and wonders. Miracles will convince millions of people that Jesus is, indeed, Your Son and their Savior. We position ourselves for this season and the bestowing of gifts/tools from Holy Spirit that will aid in accomplishing it. We ask You to be part of this tomorrow night. Heal thousands of people around the world, and release gifts/tools to thousands of believers, enabling them to demonstrate the resurrection of Jesus. Open the ancient well of healing. Give individuals the strength to walk away/leave any old wineskin and paradigm that hinders them from moving into this new season. Let Your compassion flow and Your power be released tomorrow night. Release the cloud of glory, the fire of Holy Spirit, and the glorious light of truth from the well. We ask for all of this in the glorious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Our decree: 

We decree that the well of the Second Great Awakening is opening, releasing all that is needed to produce another great awakening.
