Preamble to the Constitution of the State of South Carolina

Though I could not go out, in my mind's eye I stood on the draw bridge on Folly Rd over the Intercoastal in CHS and on the Ravenel Bridge over the CHS Harbor. I praised the Lord who provides these waters that bring life-sustaining supplies to the Charleston area. I prayed Psalm 91, declaring His protection over these and all waterways, dams, and water supplies in the state of South Carolina, keeping in mind both of the state's mottos: "Prepared in mind and resources" and "While I breathe, I hope." Our resource - our only Source - is Elohim (the Strong Creator God) and our hope is eternal. Thank you, Father God, King Jesus, Holy Spirit! We are forever grateful!

In response to the prophetic dream, we pray Psalm 91 over all the waterways in SC - that nothing will harm are interfere with the purity and flow of the water. We pray that Your angels will intervene and frustrate the enemy's plans.. We decree Psalm 33, "Your plans stand firm forever, the purposes of Your heart through all generations." We believe Your covenant promises. SC's motto is, "While I breathe; I hope." Yet, because we know You are El Elyon - God most high, Possessor of heaven and earth - in this, we have hope that You will fight for us and protect the waterways of America - in YOU we trust! To You be all glory and honor!

Father I praise you for the Lake Murray dam for the beauty and recreation it provides. I thank you most for the hydroelectric power it produces and I pray no schemes of the enemy against it will prosper. Thank you that we can assist you, the all powerful God of the universe, with our humble prayers. In the name of Jesus I pray.

Lord we pray that you would protect the Lake Hartwell waterways, water supply, and its dam and for the safety of those that enjoy Lake Hartwell. In your name we pray amen.

Lord, we pray over Lake Murray, Lake Murray Dam (aka Saluda Shoals Dam), that You would protect this waterway from evil intent, natural disaster, safety for those who enjoy Lake Murray and that the Lord would use the shores of Lake Murray to bring blessing upon those the water touches or comes close to. Also, for the fishing tournaments on Lake Murray, that fishermen from around the world would be touched by Your hand, to follow You. Preserve this beautiful lake with nature and wildlife. May Your name be praised as we see Your abundant blessing each morning and evening. In the Name of Jesus, Amen!
