On Sunday, January 28, my husband and I drove to the following locks and dams, praying the decrees issued by GH15, reading Ps 91, the Lords Prayer, and taking communion: IL River, Lagrange Lock and Dam Mississippi River, LD 20, Meyer LD 21, Quincy LD 22, Hull LD 24, Pleasant Hill LD 25 LD 26, Melvin Price We also prayed for wastewater treatment plants in our area. We hope to be able to target more of the lower IL LD's in the next couple weeks.
