Prayed over the water treatment facilities in Casper, Mills and Evansville and took communion. Read the prayer and decrees. Drove to water towers and decreed and took communion. Prayed over North Platte River at Robertson Road Bridge on west side of town and the bridge in Evansville on east side of town. Took communion and poured juice in river. Drove to Pathfinder Dam, Alcova Dam and Grey Reef Dam and prayed, read decrees and took communion and poured juice at each location.
