Our team prayed, decreed and anointed the water in each of the following locations: Poplar Bridge Water Treatment Plant Saw an angel of the Lord standing over building with hands raised (palms forward). Two other angels posted with shields, one at each southern entrance.   9-mile Creek- 106th St bridge: Saw an angel of the Lord standing just ahead of the footbridge down by the creek, with shield, one foot on either side of the creek.   MN Wildlife Refuge: Cloud providing shadow (of the Almighty) over bottom lands. An angel of the Lord was standing more toward the river with shield in hand.   Ft. Snelling, down by the river, at boat access This is close to where the Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers meet.
